PodiumOS is built as five connected layers on one account. Each layer depends on the one before it, which is why the platform is an operating system rather than a bundle of tools.
One account carries a driver's verified racing hours across home rigs, venues, coaches and leagues. Hours are proven four ways: the SimHub plugin, the PodiumOS Windows agent, venue check-in, or peer confirmation. Identity verification (KYC) is run by Shufti Pro, and never on an under-18 — the adult guardian is the verified party.
Every session is stamped with the hardware it was driven on: CPU, GPU, wheelbase, pedals, seat and displays, normalised against a catalogue of 101+ verified devices, so laps can be compared like-for-like. Telemetry tells you how you drove; Rig Intelligence tells you why.
A single wallet funds bookings, coaching and marketplace purchases. Session payments are held in escrow from the buyer's wallet and released on completion. Payouts run on recipient-chosen rails: bank transfer, PayPal or Revolut.
Octane Points are the platform's non-monetary loyalty currency, earned through racing, referrals, reviews and venue visits, and redeemable for status, access and discounts. Octane Points are never cash and are never held by a minor.
Setups, liveries, coaching, gear and digital content sell across borders with PodiumOS acting as merchant of record: we are the seller of record to the buyer, calculate and remit VAT, GST and sales tax, and absorb refunds and chargebacks.
Drivers aged 5–17 race under tiered guardian control: approval of every coach, spending caps, session visibility, no wallet balance and no payouts, with an audit trail on every approval and data grant.
