Coaching is a cross-border digital sale. PodiumOS acts as merchant of record: we are the seller of record to the buyer, calculate and remit VAT, GST and sales tax in the buyer's country, and absorb refunds and chargebacks. You are never filing tax in a country you have never visited.
Session payments are held in escrow from the buyer's Podium Wallet and released on completion. Earnings pay out by bank transfer, PayPal or Revolut. Coach accounts are free; PodiumOS charges a 9% platform fee on completed paid sessions only, plus payment processing at cost.
Review a pupil's telemetry and hardware context through Pit Wall, under an explicit, time-limited and purpose-bound consent grant the racer can revoke at any time. Coaching under-18s requires guardian approval before any contact or data access.
